Teams Course:
The Essence House Teams Course features a variety of events strategically located over 35 acres of woodlands. These features can assist your company, group, or family in working more effectively to achieve common goals.
Each event and its customized initiatives are specifically designed by a program director to address crucial issues in team building, such as trust, cooperation, collaboration, communication, support, decision making, consensus building, and diversity.
Our well-trained professionals can facilitate and assist in processing a unique group experience for your group. Discussion time is built into the 4-5 hour course to process the group's experience, especially in determining how each participant will use this experience to strengthen and enrich the work performance of the group.
Please note that Teams Course fees are in addition to the rental for Essence House Retreat.
