Thoroughly furnished and nicely appointed, it features 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The twin beds and double futons can sleep up to 35 people, and by bringing sleeping bags and air mattresses, overnight groups of 45-50 have stayed in comfort.
Ambience is a key element to setting the environment of retreat, relaxation and renewal - that is one factor that abounds at The Essence House. From the in-ground fountain swimming pool to the glowing embers of the gas fireplace in the 30x30 great room, the refreshing and cozy atmosphere is a definite plus.
Upon your arrival, enjoy clean linens, towels, washcloths, blankets, and pillows. Personal items such as toothpaste, shampoo, bath soap, and other toiletries are available upon request for an additional fee.
Kitchen and Catering:
You will love the walk-around kitchen, fully equipped with cookware and food preparation appliances, utensils, and sufficient table service for your guests - or you can let Magdalena's Restaurant cater to your every dining need. Breakfast, lunch or dinner reservations in our beautiful, historic downtown Corydon location are another option.
